There is nothing to fear at your initial visit. We will ask you to complete a medical history if there was not enough time for us to mail one to you prior to your appointment. Dr. Rushin will review your medical history with you privately at which time she can also address any fears or concerns you have about your treatment. Following the discussion, she will do a visual examination and order any x-rays she feels are necessary to evaluate your needs. The assistant will then take the x-rays prescribed by Dr. Rushin. Once Dr. Rushin has examined your x-rays, our Office Manager will present the recommended treatment during a private consultation. You may have a spouse, family member or close friend present if you wish, but it is not necessary. We will discuss the amount of time needed to complete treatment and review the financial situation. After the consultation, if you wish, we can make your appointment for treatment.
