Dear Dr. Rushin and staff, 

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the outstanding service that I received when I visited your office several times this month. I realize that you specialize in "sedation dentistry", but personally, the first time I met with you, I realized that it was an option that I would not even consider. When I came in for my procedures, I felt completely relaxed. I didn't even feel the Novocain injections. You truly have the gentle touch to put your patients at complete ease!

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank your staff. They do such an incredible job of making me feel so welcome every time I come in. They are the greatest and to each and every one of you, I thank you!

And, just one more plus....your charges. Thank you for not draining my savings account. Your charges are extremely reasonable. My insurance company will love you, especially since you are in Cary and everything in Cary tends to be a bit overpriced.

Once again, I want to thank you for making me feel like a person, not a patient. I am so very thankful that I have found you.
